A vector image made in Adobe illustrator is the best. Otherwise, a bitmap image such as a jpeg needs to be minimum 300 dpi. If it is a hand drawn image use black ink on white paper. Specify color fills separately and we can apply them for you.
Yes, you can supply your own shirts at your own risk. We cannot predict the results on supplied garments and will not be responsible for replacing them.
